The Tenchi thing could be anyone of them, tenchi Muyo, Tenchi Universe, Tenchi in Tokyo, Tenchi in love or one of the movies. Just make sure you mention which one first....
Now this is an interesting one to do. I'm going to be very, very honest with you. I have NEVER seen Neon Genisis Evangelion at all in my entire life, but I'm tryign to get a copy, preferably with sub headings and still in japanese and not dubbed. If not I'll have to settle for the dubbed version : (.

Sailor moon anyone? I don't care if you cross them over with gundam wing or tENCHI OR dbz, IT'S YOUR STORY, NOT MINE!
Now this is the easiest to work! There are so many people and places you can choose to start from! It's also quite a good one to start off with and cross over with others!
The Gundam Pilots really want a break from being on TV. Why not mix them with other social groups say...Tenchi, Sailor moon...stuff like that?
One of the very good animes, but makes you cry at the end when Van and Hitomi decide to leave each other....I'd just love it if somebody had Hitomi get a chance to go back to Van....(HINT!HINT!)
For those who like card captor sakura, this one'll be great! I'd love to see some of this done!
